Prohibited Content (No Pornography or Underage Media)
OnChain.Fans is not an adult content platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for pornographic or exploitative material. Users are strictly prohibited from posting or distributing any content that:

Other illegal or harmful content: Users must not post content that violates any law or regulations (e.g. hate speech, violent threats, harassment, animal abuse, promotion of illicit drugs or weapons, etc.) or that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights of others. For example, content that is non-consensual (such as secretly recorded material or revenge porn) or that encourages unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
By using OnChain.Fans, you agree not to upload any prohibited content, and you understand that posting such content can lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action. The platform disassociates itself from any adult content or illegal material; any appearance of such content on the service is unauthorized and in breach of these Terms, and OnChain.Fans reserves the right to remove or restrict access to such content at its discretion

Non-Custodial Payments and User Wallets
OnChain.Fans integrates with the Coinnect wallet service to facilitate crypto-based monetization (such as tipping, subscriptions, or digital purchases). All cryptocurrency transactions on the platform are non-custodial: OnChain.Fans does not hold, manage, or access users’ funds or private keys

Third-party terms: Use of the Coinnect wallet or any integrated payment feature is subject to Coinnect’s own terms and conditions, and you should review and abide by those when creating a wallet. User Responsibilities and Account Security
Using OnChain.Fans comes with certain responsibilities that each user must uphold. You are accountable for all activities under your account, whether undertaken by you or anyone else who gains access (with or without your permission)

Keep your login credentials confidential and maintain strong security practices. Do not share your password or private keys with others, and implement measures like two-factor authentication if available. Use the platform legally and respectfully. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using OnChain.Fans and refrain from any misuse of the platform. Do not upload content that you do not have rights to, or that violates someone else’s rights (e.g. copyright, privacy, publicity rights). You also must not use OnChain.Fans for unlawful activities such as fraud, money laundering, harassment, or any activity prohibited by these Terms.
Accept sole responsibility for your content and interactions. All information, posts, messages, and media that you upload or share are done at your own risk, and you bear any legal consequences that result from them. OnChain.Fans does not claim ownership of your content, but by posting you grant us the rights to display and distribute it on the platform as needed to provide the service. You represent that your content is lawful and compliant with these Terms, and you agree to indemnify the platform for any claims arising from your content (see Indemnification clause below).
Respect community guidelines. In addition to the major content prohibitions above, you should adhere to any other community standards or policies (if provided by OnChain.Fans) regarding appropriate conduct. For example, do not engage in hate speech, spam, or abuse of other users. While OnChain.Fans does not actively moderate all content, we reserve the right to remove content or accounts that engage in extreme or unlawful misconduct

In summary, users are expected to act responsibly and ethically on OnChain.Fans. Your use of OnChain.Fans is conditional on your cooperation with these standards and your commitment to help maintain a safe, lawful community environment.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnChain.Fans, its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “OnChain.Fans Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to your use of the platform or violation of these Terms

Transactions and Interactions – any disputes or issues arising from your dealings with other users (such as purchase agreements, promises to deliver content, or personal interactions) or your usage of third-party services integrated with OnChain.Fans. Since OnChain.Fans is not directly involved in user-to-user transactions or wallet operations, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from those dealings

Limitation of Liability

Additionally, OnChain.Fans’ total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service will be capped at the greater of either USD $100 or the total amount of fees you have paid to OnChain.Fans in the past 12 months, whichever is higher

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Instead, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be finally resolved by confidential arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration provider (e.g., JAMS or AAA) under its applicable rules

Other Standard Terms
The following miscellaneous provisions are included to ensure this agreement is legally robust and clear:
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, that provision will be severed (removed) from the Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect

. The contract between you and us is personal to you. On the other hand, OnChain.Fans reserves the right to assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or in part) to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law. Any permitted assignee will step into the shoes of OnChain.Fans under this agreement and will enjoy all our rights and assume our obligations.
Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these Terms creates any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and OnChain.Fans. You are using the platform as an independent party and not as an employee or agent of the company.
Force Majeure: OnChain.Fans is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations due to causes outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, war, cyberattacks, labor strikes, or Internet/service provider outages. If such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service.
Notices: We may provide legal notices to you via email, through your account, or by posting on the platform. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date. Notices will be considered delivered and received as of the date we transmit them. If you need to send us official notices or service of process, deliver them to the contact address provided in our platform information (e.g., the mailing address of our registered agent or principal office).
Independence of Terms: The section headings in this agreement are for convenience only and have no legal effect on the interpretation of the clauses. Terms such as “including” shall be read as “including without limitation,” and any singular words include the plural (and vice versa) as context may require

Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are for the benefit of you and OnChain.Fans only. For instance, even though our payment partner or wallet provider is involved in transactions, they are not a party to these Terms between you and us and have no liability under this contract

We urge users to take steps on their own to protect their data, such as using strong passwords, securing access to their devices and accounts, and being cautious about the information they choose to share on the platform. Importantly, OnChain.Fans does not monitor or moderate private communications or stored content as a matter of course. While we strive to maintain confidentiality of content that you designate as private or viewable only by certain subscribers, we cannot ensure that other users with access will keep it confidential. Any content you post (even to a limited audience) is shared at your own risk – for instance, other users could copy, screenshot, or re-share your material in violation of our Terms, and we cannot guarantee prevention of such behavior. We do include technical measures and platform rules to discourage unauthorized sharing (e.g., we prohibit users from downloading or distributing creators’ content without permission), but the platform relies on user compliance and the honor system to a large extent

Non-Custodial Financial Data and Personal Information Sharing
Because OnChain.Fans uses a non-custodial payment system (via Coinnect), we do not collect or store sensitive financial information like credit card numbers or private cryptocurrency keys on our servers. Your transactions are recorded on public blockchains, and while we may have access to your wallet address and transaction details for display and compliance purposes, the actual financial credentials (private keys, seed phrases) are never transmitted to or held by OnChain.Fans
